We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Selfridges - Birmingham. As a Counter Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert product knowledge to our customers.


Key responsibilities include greeting customers, determining their needs, and suggesting relevant products. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, customer service, and health and safety. Additionally, you will be required to manage customer feedback and queries, assist in maintaining counter standards of cleanliness and organization, and be aware of and assist in maintaining DECIEM's merchandising concepts.


Required skills and qualifications include a comfortable level of engagement with customers, the ability to multitask, and effective time management and communication skills. You will also be responsible for building meaningful relationships with department managers and clients, and providing high-standard communication.
