At Eram Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Professional to join our retail team in Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and understand their unique needs.
- Offer personalized styling advice and product knowledge.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and follow up on past purchases.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
- Sales:
- Drive sales by understanding current jewelry trends and appealing to our target clientele.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of stones and jewelry, and the store's product line.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store profitability.
- Store Operations:
- Ensure merchandise is displayed safely and the store is well-maintained.
- Restock items as needed and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Personal Development:
- Attend workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and brands.
- Enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Luxury Retail Management.
- Excellent English - verbal and written.

- Passion for fashion, trends, and luxury brands.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
