We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Consultant at our prestigious Birmingham Mailbox Gallery. As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our current loyal client base and proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery and the business by selling our exceptional art. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supporting our current loyal client base and proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery and the business.
  2. Selling our exceptional art to clients, including works by artists such as Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Ronnie Wood, and Johnny Depp.
  3. Working closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  4. Supporting gallery events and exhibitions throughout the year to strengthen and make the most of client relationships.

Requirements

  1. A proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets.
  2. Highly motivated to achieve against gallery targets.
  3. Confident in your ability to effectively communicate in person and by phone.
  4. Previous 1-2-1 sales experience and ability to adapt to different client needs.
  5. Confident to support our current loyal client base and proactively build and nurture new customer relationships for the gallery in person and on the phone.
  6. No prior knowledge of the art world is required, as we offer full training to help you be as knowledgeable as possible.
  7. A driving license is desirable (for possible home consultation visits with clients).
