Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Jimmy Choo. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing a detailed knowledge of our products, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by developing a detailed knowledge of our products and services.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand values, including creativity, courage, and passion.
- Build and maintain a client database, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Replenish stock and support the team in stock takes.
