We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Jewellery Sales Professional to join our team in the capacity of a Sales Consultant. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through your expertise and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury jewellery products, including their features, benefits, and target markets.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and addressing their needs in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, and tailoring your sales approach to meet their individual needs.

  • Drive sales growth through your expertise and product knowledge, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our luxury jewellery products.

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and provide support and guidance as needed.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategy and improve customer engagement.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain at the forefront of luxury jewellery sales and customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in the jewellery trade, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for luxury jewellery, with the ability to articulate the features and benefits of our products to clients.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
