**Global Marketing Leader**

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Marketing Leader to join our team at Techniche. As a key member of our Operational Leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and marketing outcomes for our SaaS solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, including lead generation, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and market fit.
  • Establish and maintain a keen focus on establishing the GTM plan, messaging, and positioning, understanding distribution channels for revenue realization, and ensuring the right questions are asked across the business for successful GTM.
  • Specialize in solution-based marketing and demand generation, including campaign management.
  • Drive growth outcomes from CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools, using them effectively to inform decision-making.
  • Foster remarkable results across your team by being a mentor, coach, leader, and manager.
  • Represent the marketing team to the business, elevating the profile of marketing by having a clear vision and understanding of what marketing brings to the business.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**

  • Drive customer acquisition: Increase the number of new customers acquired through marketing efforts, measured by metrics like the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Enhance customer retention and loyalty: Develop strategies to nurture existing customers, increase repeat purchases, and foster brand loyalty, measured by customer retention rates, customer lifetime value (CLTV), customer value proposition (CVP), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Optimize marketing campaigns: Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns, measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Foster strategic partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with complementary businesses or influencers to amplify brand reach and drive mutually beneficial growth, measured by partnership performance indicators such as referral traffic and partnership-generated revenue.

**Requirements:**

  • Delivering marketing activities that deliver growth for SaaS solutions is essential; this should be demonstrable in at least three of your previous roles.
  • Experienced in marketing SaaS solutions in the key stages of growth.
  • International marketing experience is essential.
  • Can clearly articulate marketing outcomes in a monetized way.
  • Previous experience in working in a high-growth PE-backed business is essential.
  • Previous experience in the CMMS, Network Management, or Electric Vehicle/EV charging points sectors would be highly advantageous.

**Broader Responsibilities:**

  • A member of the Operational Leadership team, reporting to Exec on marketing activity and effectiveness.
  • Co-creating the vision and marketing strategy for broader initiatives.
  • Share trends, insights (competitors), and market moves at a company level, on a quarterly basis, to keep our market knowledge up to date.
  • Overall brand ownership, design, and strategy.
  • Consolidate and communicate relevant insights that determine market opportunity and integrate these insights into your product marketing plans.
  • Lead a strategic and collaborative process with key stakeholders to define the CVP (Customer Value Proposition) for target audiences.
  • Support the Chief People Officer in developing an Employer Brand.
  • Overseeing all Marketing team output for quality and appropriateness against brief.
  • Owner of Marketing technology/tooling.
  • Desire to become a product evangelist for Urgent/Techniche EV/Statseeker.
  • Supplier Management, design, and creative agencies.
  • Marketing, advertising, and communications strategy lead.
  • Lead for Exec comms.
  • Copywriting and editing.
  • Training – marketing and communications for the rest of the business.
  • Developing and coaching marketing team members' professional skillsets.
