We invite you to join 1639 XCH Global Insurance Solutions Ltd as a pivotal member of our team, where you will oversee the management of programmes, significant projects, and a portfolio of initiatives implementing our Global Specialty software products. In the role of Programme Manager, you will play an essential part in the ongoing enhancement of our business operations, delivery teams, and specific projects. Your duties will encompass managing project and programme activities, overseeing financials and budgets, securing necessary resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring robust communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation team for Broking and Commercial Specialty solution projects
  • Oversee project and programme activities for Global Specialty implementations
  • Manage financials and budgets associated with projects and programmes
  • Identify and allocate resources to support Global Specialty implementations
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes across all programmes
  • Provide regular project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to resource management and allocation
  • Engage in business development opportunities and ensure realistic delivery expectations
  • Facilitate the transition of completed projects into support teams

Requirements:

  • Experience with Lloyds and Company Market Policy Administration solutions
  • Proven project/programme delivery experience in demanding environments
  • Strong skills in account management and generating business opportunities
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at various levels
  • Familiarity with structured implementation methodologies
  • Meticulous attention to detail and budget management capabilities
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours
