Job Summary:

EVera Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success in the battery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to align with market demands and drive business growth.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  4. Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure offerings meet market demands.
  5. Network Development: Develop and maintain a strong network within the relevant industries to stay informed about market trends.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in sales management, with 5+ years in a leadership position.
  2. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Scientific, Marketing, or Business). An MBA is a plus.
  3. Industry Experience: Proven experience in the battery industry or a relevant electrical/electronics sector.
