Our mission is to support dancers of all levels—from beginners to professionals—by providing footwear that combines elegance with comfort and durability. Our two main brands include the customizable International Dance Shoes collection and the Dansport line, aimed at social dancers and students.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing initiatives. This key position will focus on shaping our marketing strategy, elevating brand visibility, and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will have expertise in social media and email marketing, a history of executing successful campaigns across diverse platforms, and a solid grasp of both athletic and fashion marketing principles. The Marketing Manager will oversee our marketing efforts, particularly in boosting our social media engagement, managing email outreach, creating compelling content, and collaborating with sponsored dancers. Additionally, this role will support e-commerce activities and refine our digital footprint to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies to enhance sales and brand recognition for both product lines.
  • Oversee and optimize social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, to expand our audience and engagement levels.
  • Interact with followers, addressing comments and messages to foster a vibrant online community.
  • Lead our email marketing strategy, crafting campaigns to drive traffic and sales, while personalizing content for maximum effectiveness.
  • Design and manage online advertising initiatives across various channels.
  • Utilize retargeting tools and loyalty programs to boost conversion and customer retention.
  • Enhance content marketing efforts through blogs, photography, user-generated content, and video production.
  • Collaborate with our global team of sponsored dancers to amplify brand exposure through joint content creation.
  • Assist in managing product listings and content on our e-commerce platform to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Regularly analyze marketing data to assess performance and refine strategies.
  • Support offline marketing efforts, including event planning and promotions, as well as assist sales teams with additional initiatives.
  • Explore other projects and opportunities within the organization as you grow and develop.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and e-commerce, ideally within the fashion or sportswear sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and paid advertising.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for innovative solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects from conception to execution.
  • A passion for dance or familiarity with the dance industry is advantageous.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with AI and a willingness to adopt new technologies and platforms.
