About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative team, driving the development of our brand and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing our brand guidelines, image library, and film library, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to all stakeholders. You will also work closely with our design agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update our brand guidelines, image library, and film library.
- Plan and organize photography shoots to support marketing campaigns.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including digital and print templates.
- Quality check designs for brand alignment, creative oversights, and typos.
- Brief design agencies, printers, photographers, and filmmakers to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage the brand inbox and respond to requests from colleagues and stakeholders.
- Assist with the quarterly metrics report for the Marketing Services team.
- Encourage brand best practices and provide practical advice to colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a similar design and creative production marketing services role in an agency or complex matrix organization.
- At least two years' experience working in a similar creative marketing role.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Photography shoot experience is highly desirable.
