Marketing Specialist

This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative marketing professional to join our team at Connells Group.

We are seeking a skilled marketing specialist to support our 50+ high-street estate agency brands across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, experience in copywriting and creative briefs, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Marketing Managers to deliver, manage and evaluate multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Working closely with branch stakeholders to support local marketing initiatives and sponsorships.
  • Creating and sending internal monthly marketing communications and optimising engagement on internal intranet.
  • Writing creative briefs and working collaboratively with the in-house design studio.
  • Writing and proof-reading marketing and advertising copy for both online and offline channels.
  • Conducting and evaluating market/competitor research.
  • Ensuring brand guidelines are maintained across all online and offline channels.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing marketing queries and supporting branch profiles on brand websites.
  • Presenting and promoting marketing campaigns/initiatives with internal stakeholders face-to-face/online.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' work experience in a marketing role, a degree in marketing or equivalent, and property industry experience is desired but not essential.
