**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:

  1. **Technical Development**: Leading the technical development of our existing products, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance our product offerings.
  2. **Product Innovation**: Developing new product offerings that meet the evolving needs of our customers, staying ahead of industry trends, and ensuring our products remain competitive.
  3. **Drawing Office Management**: Overseeing the management and support of our drawing office, ensuring efficient and effective production of technical drawings and documents.
  4. **Survey Management**: Managing and supporting our survey team, ensuring accurate and timely surveys, and providing expert technical advice to our customers.
  5. **Performance Monitoring**: Monitoring and reporting on the performance of our services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to ensure we meet our performance targets.
  6. **Technical Advice**: Providing expert technical and strategic advice to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a candidate with qualifications in building surveying, architecture, architectural technology, or engineering, preferably chartered in their discipline. The ideal candidate will be a leader who is not afraid to take charge, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and possess excellent communication and team management skills. An understanding of contract administration and experience with AutoCAD software packages would be beneficial. A comprehensive knowledge of the domestic property sector is essential.
