**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Technical Services Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  1. **Technical Development**: Developing and improving our existing products to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  2. **Product Innovation**: Designing and developing new product offerings that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  3. **Drawing Office Management**: Managing and supporting our drawing office operations to ensure efficient and effective production.
  4. **Survey Management**: Managing and supporting our survey operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
  5. **Performance Monitoring**: Monitoring and reporting on the performance of our services to ensure they meet our high standards.
  6. **Technical Advice**: Providing expert technical and strategic advice to our clients and internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in building surveying, architecture, architectural technology or engineering.
  • Chartered status in your discipline (desirable).
  • Ability to lead from the front and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
  • Understanding of contract administration and experience with AutoCAD software packages (desirable).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the domestic property sector.
