Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to enhance our operations. This is a permanent role that offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and finalize Technical KPI reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administer the customer feedback database, ensuring thorough follow-up on investigations and resolutions with relevant parties.
  • Conduct document control tasks as necessary.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database for internal compliance audits and gap analyses, collaborating with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Analyze and identify trends in technical compliance data, particularly regarding gap analysis and internal standards to align with customer codes of practice.
  • Ensure adherence to all Technical compliance requirements related to Integrity, Allergens, TACCP, HACCP, and VACCP in partnership with Quality Managers.
  • Assist in the management of Technical storage, both electronic and physical.
  • Perform data entry and management tasks as required.
  • Provide administrative support, including taking minutes during meetings.
  • Engage actively in team projects and site initiatives.
  • Conduct audits as necessary to uphold the highest standards within and outside the facility.
  • Support various Technical functions as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • No formal qualifications are necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Qualifications in food science are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), BRCGS, and HACCP is advantageous.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break (40 hours per week).
