At Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics, we are witnessing significant expansion within our Major Projects division, and we are pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for a Welding Operations Manager to become a vital part of our team. The Welding Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing welding activities in a construction setting, ensuring that all operations adhere to quality benchmarks, project requirements, and safety protocols.

In this role, you will be tasked with:

  • Coordinating the efforts of welding teams to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members.
  • Creating work schedules and allocating resources effectively to meet production goals.

As a Welding Operations Manager, you will ensure that all welds comply with quality standards by accurately interpreting engineering specifications and conducting thorough inspections of completed work.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the welding field, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, and hold a valid CSWIP certification.
