Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Sales Cloud business in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the product marketing strategy and plan in partnership with EMEA sales, field marketing, enablement, sales programs, and extended teams to deliver pipeline goals and increase awareness for Salesforce's Sales Cloud products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth, ACV, and awareness for Salesforce's Sales Cloud products in key EMEA markets.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce's Sales Cloud products, customers, sales buyers, and communities to educate internal and external audiences on value propositions.
- Partner with EMEA Field Marketing to create and customize content that fuels local marketing activations, generating demand for Sales Cloud, including events, campaigns, digital, and executive programs.
- Align with EMEA Sales, Sales Programs, Product Marketing, and EMEA Enablement teams to develop and deliver sales enablement plans and sales programs to drive pipe generation and progression.
- Collaborate with Sales & Customer Marketing to develop regional customer references, deal wins, testimonials, and case studies for external and internal use.
- Drive product launches for the region, ensuring new Sales Cloud products or relaunches are showcased across marketing touchpoints and delivering field and market readiness for new products.
- Monitor and report on the performance of products in the EMEA market and communicate the results of related Go-to-Market activations to key partners.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or equivalent, ideally in B2B software or SaaS/PaaS.
- High energy, personable, innovative, and creative, with the execution skills to make it all count.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, fast-growing, constantly evolving matrix environment and across multiple regions.
- Self-starter with the ability to navigate a complex organization to drive projects from idea to execution fast.
- Ability to navigate cultures and all levels of stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to establish agreement for go-to-market priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills – a blend of firmness and conviction with diplomacy and a constructive attitude.
- Strong communicator and storyteller comfortable with presenting in public.
- Strategic problem solver with a growth mindset, a bias for action, and a comfort with numbers, including an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of the Sales buyer as a target market and ability to engage with and influence this audience.
- Multi-lingual skills are desirable (English and French or German).
