HR Operations Specialist

Crone Corkill is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our European HRSS Team. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
- Offer Letter and Contract Generation: Create and manage offer letters and contracts for employees in the UK and Ireland.
- HR Administration Support: Provide administrative support for HR operations processes, including creating contracts, amendments, and HR documents, maintaining employee files, and supporting onboarding.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Payroll, benefits providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless administration and benefits enrolment.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes and HR policies, providing timely and accurate support.
- Requirements: Fluency in English, good knowledge of HR operations and administration in the UK and Ireland, and experience with MS Office and HR systems.
