We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our European HRSS Team in a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating offer letters and contracts, supporting HR admin/operations processes, and collaborating with payroll and benefits providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Document Management: Create contracts, amendments, letters, and other HR documents, and maintain physical and electronic employee files and master data in the HR-system.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding in the UK and Ireland, including coordination of preparing documents, collecting signatures, and providing them to employees.
  • HR Administration: Support HR Administration tasks for EMEA countries, respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the HRSS Team, payroll, and benefits providers to ensure seamless administration and benefits enrolment.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • HR Experience: Good knowledge of and experience with HR Operations/Administration in the UK and Ireland, UK and Ireland legislation/requirements, and HR-systems such as Success Factors and/or Workday.
  • Education: HR or Commercial vocational training required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, or related field.
