About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquidity Risk Manager to join our Asset & Liability Management team in the Balance Sheet Control directorate. As a specialist in liquidity risk management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the Society's liquidity risk appetite is aligned with its overall risk strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Society's liquidity risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and metrics.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on liquidity risk management best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate liquidity risk exposures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and other external parties.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and emerging trends in liquidity risk management.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of liquidity risk management principles and practices.
  • Experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk exposures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
