Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Risk Management Expert to join our client's team. As a key member of the ALM function, you will be responsible for overseeing and mitigating liquidity risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liquidity Risk Management
    • Develop and uphold liquidity risk frameworks and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with the Treasury department to maintain financial stability and ensure effective liquidity risk management.
    • Prepare and present liquidity risk reports to senior management, highlighting key risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Risk Management Initiatives
    • Contribute to risk management initiatives and projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory updates related to liquidity risk, ensuring the organization remains compliant and up-to-date.
  • Leadership and Mentorship
    • Mentor junior team members on best practices in liquidity risk management, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
    • Work effectively in a team environment, managing projects and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Contribute to the development of the organization's liquidity risk appetite, working closely with senior management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
