Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Lead to drive complex analytics projects and support our clients' success in the field of credit risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver analytics projects with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring data integrity and contributing to departmental strategy.
- Support and mentor junior analysts and offshore teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Manage project plans, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective risk management.
- Prioritize and balance planned and ad-hoc tasks, identifying and addressing risks and challenges, and suggesting policy improvements.
- Build relationships with offshore analytics teams and lead briefings, fostering a culture of open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Draw actionable conclusions and recommend further actions, ensuring data-driven decision making and strategic alignment.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of credit products and data-driven strategies, with experience in statistical models and analytics in banking.
- Knowledge of risk management, business processes, and regulatory requirements, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in SQL/SAS and strong quantitative analysis skills, with excellent communication skills and experience working across locations.
