Capital Management Analyst Role
We are seeking a skilled Capital Management Analyst to join our team at Yorkshire Building Society. As a key member of our Capital Management team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the ongoing delivery, maintenance, and improvement of core Balance Sheet Control deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce regulatory capital reporting, including Pillar 3 and elements of the Annual Report and Accounts.
- Support the development and enhancement of a strong control environment for all capital management processes.
- Develop efficient ways of working across the Capital Management and wider Balance Sheet Control team.
- Own analytical, MI and reporting outputs, providing support to the Capital Management team and wider stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with the Capital Management team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in an analytical or capital management role.
- Experience of working in retail banking finance, risk or internal audit function within an area of prudential risk (capital, liquidity, market risk).
