Job Title: Senior National Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior National Account Manager to lead our growth in UK grocery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing key retail relationships to expand our ranges and launch new products into the market.

About the Role:

  • Drive growth within grocery retailers through creative, high-growth plans
  • Understand retailer strategies and align our brand with theirs, while staying up-to-date on macro-trends affecting the category and industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, including buyers, category managers, and online teams
  • Work with the Brand Manager to ensure ROI is met and the brand is represented correctly
  • Identify new business opportunities through retailer networks and effectively communicate across all levels

Requirements:

  • Relentless start-up ambition with experience delivering substantial growth targets
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Specific experience in account management in the food/drink industry, with experience managing grocery retailers
  • Preferably worked in a cross-functional organisation with different business ownership structures and cultures
  • Creative thinker with financial and commercial literacy, data-savviness, and a drive for excellence
