Order Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Administrator to join our team at Anderson Recruitment Ltd. As an Order Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with customers to resolve any order-related queries or issues
  • Enter and process delivery notes and shipments onto logistics companies' online systems
  • Prepare and send daily sales and despatch reports
  • Generate customer invoices and manage customer payments
  • Assist with month-end customer statements and general office administration

While previous office experience is beneficial, we are open to candidates from retail or hospitality backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow with our company. We offer a competitive salary, yearly bonus, relaxed working atmosphere, free parking, and access to counselling services.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (37 hours)
