About the Role

We are seeking a Department Coordinator Volunteer to join our team at our Catford Sue Ryder charity shop. As a Department Coordinator Volunteer, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and helping us to raise funds for our charity work.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  2. Sort, label, and price stock to ensure our shop is well-stocked and visually appealing
  3. Assist customers on the till, providing a smooth and efficient checkout experience
  4. Maintain shop displays and re-stock shelves to ensure our shop looks its best
  5. Contribute to light cleaning and tidying duties to keep our shop clean and inviting

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work as part of a team. As a Department Coordinator Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills, make new friends, and become a part of your local community.
