We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining our sales processes from the initial stages of lead generation through to Customer Success, ultimately contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve sales contracts meticulously, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Collaborate effectively with legal and finance teams to manage contract redlines and approvals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales team, providing guidance on structuring complex deals and ensuring accurate deal booking within our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Monitor and analyze deal booking data within Salesforce through various reports. Identify potential issues, collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them, and provide valuable feedback on sales enablement strategies.
  • Contribute to the streamlining and automation of processes for non-standard deal policies and approval workflows.
  • Provide general assistance to the Sales team regarding common CRM (Salesforce) questions and basic troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a deal desk, contract administration, sales, or operations-oriented role within a technology company.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and contract management principles.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets advanced formulas (e.g., Lookup) is a significant advantage.
