Your Responsibilities Include:

• Strategically planning and managing workforce, materials, and expenses to ensure projects are executed safely, punctually, and to the highest quality standards.

• Delivering ongoing training to guarantee all installations adhere to our specific fitting guidelines.

We are in search of a Lead Installations Operations Manager who possesses innate people management abilities, someone who is willing to lead by example while also being a collaborative team player. Ideal candidates may come from operational management, commercial management, or area management backgrounds within the construction or building sectors, with the flexibility to adapt. Experience in fenestration is a plus but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
