Little Thief Studio is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team, focusing on a significant account in the football sector.

We are a London-based creative agency that specializes in comprehensive video content, primarily within the sports industry.

Position Overview:

This role is based in-house at the client's North-West London location (3-4 days per week). The Production Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the client's internal video production needs, emphasizing workflow efficiency and administrative support. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, strategic planning, scheduling, and monitoring resource allocation and budgets. You will assist the Senior Traffic and Creative Project Manager with daily operations and creative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Traffic and Creative PM in overseeing resource management and task assignments to ensure timely delivery across various projects.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Traffic and Creative PM, Creative Director, and Client Liaison to effectively plan and allocate resources for in-house production initiatives.
  • Engage with freelance production professionals, coordinating bookings and managing crew while expanding our network of freelance contacts.
  • Take charge of pre-production administrative duties, including creating call sheets and conducting risk assessments.
  • Maintain essential team documentation and tools, such as resource schedules, project trackers, budget outlines, and freelance management systems.
  • Occasionally participate in location scouting or attend shoots, which may require flexibility with working hours and potential travel within the UK.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with resource management or planning software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • A willingness to learn and a genuine passion for the industry.
  • A keen interest in sports, particularly football, is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an agency, in-house team, or broadcasting environment is desirable.
  • Capability to respond promptly and effectively to multiple requests while adapting to frequent changes in resource schedules.
