Job Summary:
The Production Guild is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Producer to join our team. As an Assistant Producer, you will play a crucial role in the post-production process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: You will be responsible for inputting and managing schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the production team is aware of upcoming milestones.
- Client Liaison: You will work closely with clients to understand their post-production needs and ensure that their requirements are met.
- Booking and Coordination: You will be responsible for booking jobs in line with post requirements and coordinating with the bookings team to ensure seamless execution.
- Support and Assistance: You will provide support to the bookings team where needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous production bookings experience or a shown interest in the field.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the Longform workflow is desirable, as well as some knowledge of tapeless workflows and broadcast deliverables.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, good team player, self-motivated, flexible, and innovative approach to work and problems.
