About the Role

We are currently working with a global tech company that is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their Tech Services Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to the business, with a focus on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the business on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and product development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Head of Legal and other business leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Commercial law experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
  • Expertise in commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and product development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
