Job Description

**About Montresor Legal**

Montresor Legal is a leading provider of technology and professional services for insurance, financial services, and highly regulated markets. With operations across 20+ countries, we are seeking a skilled Senior In-House Counsel to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide in-house legal support to internal departments, including contract review and negotiation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Work with in-house and outside counsel on various legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and employment law.
  • Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements, including contracts, memoranda of understanding, and other binding documents.
  • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks and conflicts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Admitted as a Solicitor in a common law jurisdiction.
  • At least 4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a top-tier international law firm.
  • Confident negotiator with experience handling contract negotiations with large, international clients.
  • Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
