As they continue to evolve from a technology-driven company into a service-led business, they are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team.

The Role:

The Senior Legal Counsel will be part of the Tech Services Division, which focuses on tech solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial law, product development, and rollout, with expertise in SaaS, DaaS, Hybrid Cloud Solutions, and/or Digital Workplace Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and product development
  • Collaborate with the Head of Legal to drive AI initiatives
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support the growth of the Tech Services Division
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in tech law

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in commercial law
  • Expertise in SaaS, DaaS, Hybrid Cloud Solutions, and/or Digital Workplace Solutions
  • Experience with AI products or services is highly beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
