We are seeking an experienced Senior In-House Counsel to join our legal team and support our digital transformation efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide legal support to various internal departments, including drafting agreements and addressing compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with in-house and outside counsels on a variety of legal matters.
  • Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks and conflicts.

**Requirements**

  • Admitted as a Solicitor in a common law jurisdiction.
  • At least 4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a top-tier international law firm.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with experience handling contract negotiations with large, international clients.
  • Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills, able to establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
