About the Role

JLB is seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize revenue from new and existing customers, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead a sales team to achieve sales targets, driving growth through innovative sales approaches and commercial management techniques.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven sales management experience in a target-driven environment, with a track record of achieving financial targets.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for the hospitality industry, with a proven ability to win new business.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead meetings and develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Arrangements

This role is based at our company headquarters in Newmarket, requiring a 5-day on-site presence.
