Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and fostering strong relationships within our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will encompass managing existing client accounts and actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Arrow Account Management teams to identify key reseller partners with high potential for sales growth of vendor products and services.
- Work closely with these partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to maximize their sales potential.
- Develop and execute successful business plans in partnership with channel affiliates.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and within the partner customer base.
- Identify new partners and engage them effectively to drive incremental sales.
- Initiate and manage marketing campaigns for partners to generate new leads.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasting of opportunities, contributing valuable insights for both short-term and long-term deals.
- Maximize margin opportunities by focusing on partners and targets with high profit potential.
- Empower partners through regular sales training (both in-person and online) and facilitate the delivery of technical training.
- Establish a strong presence and build trust within the partner network to ensure Arrow is involved in larger projects.
- Focus on distribution managed partners and collaborate closely with vendors to develop these accounts.
- A highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of success in the IT sales environment, including the ability to sell complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong work ethic.
- An individual who naturally adopts a structured approach to time management, identifying key decision-makers, and navigating the complexities of selling large projects.
- The ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts, including working with alliance vendors.
- A flexible mindset with a willingness to travel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to follow through on tasks to completion.
- Fluency in English.
