Business Development Manager

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with Arrow Account Management teams to identify key reseller partners with potential for sales growth.
- Develop and execute successful business plans with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and channel customers to ensure trust and support of business objectives.
- Identify new partners and engage with them to drive incremental sales and revenue growth.
- Initiate and drive marketing campaigns to find new leads and opportunities.
- Regularly forecast opportunities and provide accurate intel for short- and long-term deals.
- Maximize margin opportunity by focusing on partners and targets with greater margin potential.
- Enable partners through regular sales training and technical training to ensure they have the necessary tools to succeed.
- Gain a high-level profile and trust within the partner base to ensure Arrow is brought in on larger projects.
- Proven sales experience in an IT sales environment with a track record of achievement.
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
- Natural propensity to adopt a structured approach to sales and business development.
- Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts, including working with alliance vendors.
- Fluency in English.
