About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Spicerhaart Partner in Newmarket. As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your own Estate Agency business within a designated core area, with the support of our established network and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop relationships with local business contacts and stakeholders to drive referrals and business growth.
  • Utilize our super hub office and marketing budget to convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions.
  • Oversee the sales process from valuation to completion, with the support of our sales negotiators, sales progression, and admin staff.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to raise your personal brand awareness locally.

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of Estate Agency experience.
