About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at FIND, a specialist recruitment company that works with organisations in the Education, Training & Human Capital sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and collaborating with our local team to meet enrolment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify new business leads through research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the local team to prioritise new business generation and support enrollment targets.
  • Track and manage new business opportunities using our CRM system.
  • Set up and lead meetings and presentations to convert potential clients.
  • Travel to meet potential clients and partners to explore new business prospects.
  • Collect and share client feedback and market insights with relevant departments.
About You

We are looking for a proactive, confident individual with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a business development role.
  • Experience of new business development and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • A natural problem solver who can take initiative and is self-motivated.
  • Ideally familiar with the further education and apprenticeship sector.
What We Offer

Our Business Development Executive can expect a competitive base salary starting from £27,000 - £29,000, plus our benefits and commission package:
