Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Administrator to join our team in our Colchester office.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Region, coordinating tasks and duties with strong IT skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Region, including coordination of tasks and duties.
- Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks using keyboard, office 365, Teams, and strong IT skills.
- Act as an admin support for the Region, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Coordinate and source appropriate training for team members.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring effective communication and participation.
- Complete monthly tasks according to deadlines, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Record essential company information to third parties on our database (CHARMS).
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, portraying a positive, professional, and helpful image of the organization.
- Understand and follow unique processes, ensuring compliance and adherence to organizational standards.
- Take minutes and notes at meetings as required.
- Cover reception duties during lunch and annual leave periods.
- Undertake visits to potential foster parents' homes, ensuring effective communication and assessment.
- Previous administrative experience, with a solid educational background to include GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Proven ability to use IT and electronic communications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook email).
- Good knowledge of administrative systems and processes, with the ability to demonstrate effective communication.
- Ability to work under pressure, handling changing priorities and deadlines.
- Administration qualification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of organizational standards and procedures.
