About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Administration Assistant to become a vital part of our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited. This position involves a variety of financial tasks aimed at supporting our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly Account Preparation: Assist in the compilation of monthly financial statements by gathering, assessing, and entering pertinent data.
  • General Ledger Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of postings to General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, working capital, and other significant financial metrics.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Aid in the development of forecast and budgetary financial information.
  • Variance Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis on critical financial data to identify discrepancies.
  • Asset Management: Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register as required.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a qualified, part-qualified, or experienced accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant professional experience. We value attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to financial administration.
