Junior Paraplanner to Financial Advisor or Paraplanner Team Lead

Job Summary:
Financial Divisions is seeking a talented Junior Paraplanner to join our team. As a Junior Paraplanner, you will work closely with our experienced Advisers to provide end-to-end Paraplanning support, including attending client meetings, conducting product research, and preparing suitability reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings and take detailed notes
- Assist with product research and make recommendations to Advisers
- Prepare bespoke and templated suitability reports
- Discuss reports with Advisers and attend follow-up meetings with clients
- Help with annual review process and review investment performances
Requirements:
- Previous technical experience in a Financial Administrator or Paraplanning role
- Strong personality traits, including flexibility and confidence
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide input to team development
- Full study support will be provided for Level 4 qualifications
