About the Company: Our client is a dynamic Fintech organization, established with the support of a prestigious Investment Bank, focused on pioneering technological solutions to enhance market offerings and client services.

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Vendor Manager to oversee the comprehensive Vendor onboarding process. This role is crucial in ensuring that all Key Risk Indicators and KPIs are established, and that new vendors comply with the necessary regulations and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Analyze and implement changes during the vendor onboarding process, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with risk management teams, including information security and anti-financial crime units, to facilitate contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party providers.
  • Contribute to the development of non-regulated tech-focused products within the organization.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for individuals with a solid background in vendor or procurement management. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to the team and possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring two days in the office and three days remote. The office is conveniently located in the City of London.

Compensation: The company offers a competitive salary of £80,000, along with attractive benefits including unlimited holidays, private healthcare, a bonus scheme, and a 10% non-contributory pension.
