Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies tailored to attract top-tier talent in medical translation, writing, and copywriting.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
