Job Overview:

The Deputy Manager will provide operational support to the Registered Manager, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the success of our company, Interaction - York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager: Participate in regular reflective practice, provide feedback and guidance to team members, and contribute to the development of our business.
  • Leadership and Development: Assist the Registered Manager in leading and managing the team, including conducting performance reviews and developing training plans.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our business, including managing budgets, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a track record of success in developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
