- Achieve High Standards of Care: Ensure that all aspects of care and services meet the highest standards, adhering to company policies, regulations, and codes of conduct.
- Develop Personal Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and visitors, enhancing their quality of life and promoting a sense of community.
- Deputise in Management: Take on additional responsibilities, including report writing, budgeting, and quality of life monitoring, ensuring the smooth operation of the care home.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all individuals, including colleagues, residents, and visitors, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Training and Development: Support and guide team members in their professional development, ensuring that learning records are maintained and individuals are developed.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing a team, ensuring effective supervision and rotas to maintain a smooth operation.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Experience in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services.
- Qualifications: Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Personal Qualities: Driven and motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and services. An inspiring leader who can motivate teams through obvious passion and commitment.
- Competitive Salary: £48,000 per annum.
