About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our Engineering team at British Airways. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving transformation initiatives and improving the performance of our engineering function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Leadership: Lead and own projects and initiatives across the Engineering directorate, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Analysis and Insights: Utilize data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Digital Transformation: Champion digital transformation initiatives across engineering, leading relevant projects and initiatives.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop and manage meaningful metrics to track progress and impact of process changes.
Requirements
  • Transformation Experience: Proven track record of establishing relationships to deliver improvements and driving business outcomes.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
