In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring that all team members are driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Deal with customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues at the earliest opportunity.
  • Have an understanding of our customer service measuring program and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Able to understand and interpret relevant sales data and reports.
  • Utilize in-store devices to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Confidently use our store's dashboard to analyze sales trends and customer behavior.
  • Attract and engage customers into making purchases in store by using the latest visual techniques.
  • Ensure that the weekly sales plan has been actioned with the store.

Training & Development

  • Monitor the Training and Development site and track staff progression through relevant assessments.
  • Assist with store recruitment, new starter inductions, and staff training.
  • Prioritize management development using our Trainee Management Academy.

Requirements

  • Retail management experience.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • IT skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
