About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives and improve team performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
