Food and Beverage Team Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to lead our café team at Nuffield Health Cambridge FWC. As a Food and Beverage Team Lead, you will be responsible for the organisation and operation of our café area, ensuring a high-quality experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the café.
- Train and lead a team to serve fresh, healthy, and nutritional food and drink, including seasonal specials.
- Manage budgets and costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Contribute to the development of the Club's social calendar, planning and executing events that drive engagement and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
