Food and Beverage Team Lead

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our team at our Cambridge FWC location.
This is a part-time position, up to 24 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of up to £25,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience).
As a Food and Beverage Team Lead, you will be responsible for the organisation and operation of our café area, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional and efficient service experience.
You will lead and develop a team, promoting a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment, and train staff to serve fresh, healthy, and nutritional food and drink, including seasonal specials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring high-quality food and beverage service
- Managing team performance and development
- Controlling budgets and costs
- Driving the Club's social calendar
- Providing exceptional customer service
